RegenHub MSO Platform

Concept · For Review

This is a concept mockup of a hypothetical management services arrangement, prepared for internal review and discussion. Enter the access phrase you were given.

Concept build for review and discussion, not for operational use. Structural model only, not legal advice. All names, counts, utilization figures and practice names are illustrative. Access is controlled in the page and is not a security boundary. Do not enter patient information anywhere on this site.

What this platform is, and is not

The management company publishes the operating standard, equips the facility, and supplies the practices. Clinical practices decide what to treat, how to treat it, what to order, and from whom. Content on this platform flows outward as reference. This is what the standard says, not what you will do. Nothing here directs a clinical decision.

Facility Dashboard - Under Development

One facility, several independent physician-owned practices, one published standard. This mockup shows the same platform from each of the three populations that use it. Switch the view to see what each one sees.

Wharton's Jelly MSC AdministrationClinical protocol · v2.1 · Published 2026-07-14
Authored standardRegenHub Protocol CP-004 · Authored by the clinical authoring group

Preparation, handling, storage conditions, and administration procedure for umbilical cord tissue derived MSC preparations. Includes chain of custody documentation, thaw procedure, and the facility's standard consent and record-keeping steps. Literature supporting the approach is listed by citation; the protocol does not restate the underlying studies.

Reference, not direction. This is what the RegenHub standard says. Whether it applies to a given patient is a clinical decision for the treating physician under their own license.

Training and Completion Records
Your completion record6 of 9 modules · Dr. A. Reyes, Reyes Regenerative PA

A completion record attests that a named professional completed this organization's training on this organization's protocols. It is issued by the party that authored the standard. It is not a credential and does not assert general clinical competence.

Held open. Whether these are completion records or credentials is an unresolved decision. The mockup shows the completion-record form because that is what the current spec describes.
Facility and Ordering
Shared resource bookingChambers, treatment rooms, equipment

Several independent practices compete for the same physical assets. You see your own bookings and open slots. You do not see which practice holds a slot you cannot book.

Hyperbaric Chamber AThu 14:00 to 15:30, yours
Treatment Room 3Fri 09:00 to 10:00, yours
Acoustic Wave UnitFri 11:00 to 12:00, available
Cross-practice referral. Where one practice refers a patient to another in the building, the system records a booking whose requesting practice differs from the treating practice. That is a decision between licensees, not a management company matter.
Ordering portalBiologics, consumables, supplies

Catalogue with documentation attached to each line. Ordering here is optional; practices may source anywhere. The portal competes on convenience, price and documentation quality rather than obligation.

Supply is optional, not captive. No tenancy term requires purchasing through this portal. Supply revenue is modelled as clinical volume times a win rate.
Additional Features: On-Going Development

These areas are in active development. Each is shown with the options under consideration and what follows from each. Nothing here is settled, and the dashboard does not assume an answer to any of them.

Authorship compensation

Fee per protocol, retainer for an authoring role, royalty on platform license revenue, or equity weighted contribution with no separate fee.

Determines whether authoring scales as a variable cost with library growth or is fixed.

Data position

Platform holds no patient identifiable information at all, or holds a defined clinical dataset under an explicit arrangement with each practice.

Determines the compliance posture and the separability of the two sides of the model. Materially cheaper to fix before the build than after.

Title on supply

Management company purchases and resells holding inventory and margin, or brokers with practices purchasing direct and the company fulfilling for a fee.

Distributor balance sheet with inventory risk versus logistics service with a fee. Drives the portal design.

Library direction

One way publishing from the authoring group, or a two way platform accepting practice authored contributions under a review gate.

If two way, a review workflow and an editorial owner are required. The two diverge early in the build.

Protocol intellectual property

Work for hire vesting ownership in the management company, or license from the authors with defined scope and term.

Determines whether the standard survives an author's departure. Cheap now, expensive at the fourth site.

Tenancy bundling

Single tenancy fee bundling space, equipment, administration and platform, or each of the six lines contracted and priced separately.

Bundling simplifies the sale and complicates the market benchmark for each component.

Concept mockup. Hypothetical business case for internal discussion. Structural model only, not legal advice. All names, counts, utilization figures and practice names are illustrative and correspond to nothing. No form on this page sends anything. Confirm any state specific requirement with counsel before relying on it.
